Normally all our light bulbs are in one pair, there will be 2 bulbs and packing box. For specific package accessories, you can view the description of each product link.

Hello, we have local warehouses and US warehouses, and the delivery location will be determined according to the inventory in the warehouse.
Most of the orders in the United States are shipped from the US warehouse, and most of the orders in other countries will be shipped from Chinese local warehouse.

Returns are acceptable if you return the products to our warehouse within 30 days of delivery in the origninal condition and packaging. If you have received the product and change your mind or cancel the order after delivery, please contact us via service@winpower-led.com, we will help you return the products. But you are liable for the return cost if it's your responsibility. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email and process the refund for you.

Some vehicles use different sizes for different bulbs for low beam and high beam. Our bulbs can fit your low beam or high beam, just make sure it's in the right position.

1) It may caused by your vehicle’s CAN bus system, you need to install extra CAN bus decoder to solve the issue. If possible, you can test the non-working bulb on a separate 12v battery or other vehicles to determine the issue.

2) Make sure the power connectors are properly connected, some bulbs(H11, 9005, 9006, 9012) are polarity specific and need to be installed in a certain way. simply rotate the connector which plugs to your vehicle's factory harness by 180 degrees.

3) If only one of the bulbs doesn’t work, swap the left and right side bulbs then test again.

If the line is brown black, the light color is 4300K, If the line is white, the light color is 6000K. if the line is blue, the light color is 8000K.
Yes, all products, as long as "waterproof" is mentioned in our description, whether it is IP65 or IP68, are waterproof.
No. If the product already includes a canbus decoder, no additional parts are required.
