Return & Exchange Conditions

  • Items returned without authorization will not be accepted.
  • Items must be returned within 30 days after you receive them.
  • All items must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • When returning or exchanging items, customers must use a shipping method providing tracking information.

Non-returnable items:

  • On sale items or gift cards are non-refundable.
  • Damage/Lost caused by customers is non-refundable.

1. Accepted Cancellation

The order could be cancelled before your parcels are shipped or produceed. If the order could be cancelled and you will get full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the order has already shipped out. 

2. Accepted Return (if applicable)

(1) Return accepted if item is defective, damaged upon received or missing items, wrong items or incorrect & non-compatible packages sent. 

If the item you have received is defective or damaged, email to us service@winpower-led.com at the first time and provide us with the photos or a video of the defective or damaged item in 7 days. In this case, after our checking, we can give a full refund.

(2)Return accepted for unsatisfactory, unopened & unused Items within 30 days of your receiving.

If for whatever reason you do not want your item within 30 days of receiving it, you may also contact us for a return and refund. But kindly note that in such cases the return shipping fee is the customers responsibility and is non-refundable. Items MUST be returned in their original packaging, unused and unopened in order to qualify for a product refund.

(3) Return is not accepted when damage is caused by unauthorized maintaining, misusing, collision, negligence, abuse etc.

3. Return Confirmation

(1) Please contact us via service@winpower-led.com to get a return shipping label or address, submit order no.,a clear picture or video and shipping packaging to confirm your return is accepted.
(2)When returning your package, please make sure the item is in good condition with all accessories inside. (except for items defective, damaged or missing upon received ). Affix the return shipping label that we provided to the package, ship it to the address our customer service sent you.

Return is acceptable. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 30 days after ordering. Please note that the product must be in the original packaging as the original you have received. Please contact us via the email address service@winpower-led.com directly. if you want to return the products to us within 30days. We would like to assist you. 

Return& Refunds Fee

If you need to return an item because it's faulty or incorrect, we won't charge the return/collection from you. But if the reason you're returning an item is your responsibility. you'll be liable for the return fee noted below.

If you return your whole order, we'll issue you a full refund.

If you only return part of your order, we'll refund for those items and their delivery, minus the returns or collection fee.
